Since our goal is not to help you buy a home just once, but instead, we want to become your REALTOR® for life. With that said, your satisfaction is our top priority. We realize that sometimes the house you thought was perfect, in the end, just was not. Knowing that this is a real possibility, we offer our buyers the “Home Purchase Guarantee”. As our clients, if within the first year of closing on your new home, you are not completely delighted with it, we will sell your house for free.*
To qualify for our Home Purchase Guarantee, you must meet all terms below:
- Ariana Loucas or a team member of Ariana Loucas Team must have been your buyer’s agent on the home you now opt to sell.
- The “free” portion of the home sale applies to the “listing agent compensation”. This waives our 3.5% fee of the sold price so that you can net more to put it toward the purchase of a different home you absolutely love.
- Buyer’s agent/co-op fee of 2.5% of the sold price still applies and will be deducted from your proceeds at closing. You must be purchasing another home in DC, MD or VA within 1 year of the close date on the subject property we sell for free.
- You must sign a Buyer Agency Agreement committing to Ariana Loucas or a team member of Ariana Loucas Team, that we will be representing you on the new purchase and this purchase must settle with us as your agent.
- The Home Purchase Guarantee may be redeemed no more than once since if we haven’t found you the perfect home after hiring us twice, we deserve to be fired.
