What can you say about Ariana Loucas other than WOW! She is incredible with her knowledge of the market, her concern for clients, and her ability to get things done. If you are looking for an agent either on the buyer or selling side, Ariana is it. Plain and simple. I've known Ariana for a while now and I can honestly say she is one of my favorite agents because she is such a professional inside and out. She will do whatever it takes to help you out - and it doesn't matter if it is a holiday or 9 pm on a Saturday night because she is always available. If I were buying or selling a home, that is one of the first things I would look for - how accessible is my realtor and do they communicate well? Ariana is incredibly bright, you only need to speak with her for two minutes before you realize that she is one smart lady that can negotiate contracts with ease. I was searching online to find an agent to help me sell my house in Columbia. No matter what real estate site I searched, I saw a common name and picture of Ariana Loucas. I could tell she had a lot of marketing and could get my house sold. I was correct. I was overwhelmed by the tremendous amount of showings my house got immediately. An offer was made and accepted on the very first weekend of my house being on the market! I hadn’t even found what house I wanted to buy yet. Ariana quickly got houses together for us to see. We traveled from Hyattsville to Montgomery County looking at the possibilities. I decided on a new construction Ryan home in Burtonsville. Ariana was a HUGE help in negotiating price, incentives, upgrades, and closing help from the builder. I don’t have the greatest things to say about the Ryan Homes /NVR Mortgage because their group poorly handled the process and made my purchase beyond stressful. I am thankful though for Ariana because she has a mortgage background and was really able to use that knowledge to help NVR Mortgage provide answers and remedies to the issues they caused. I do love my new house and strongly suggest anyone buying a house, specifically new construction as I did this time around, to use Ariana Loucas so the builders don’t short you in areas you never knew they could. I give Ariana a 5 for both selling my home in Columbia, and for helping me buy my new house. I even asked her to list and sell my mother’s house next.

You will not find a better realtor than Ariana Loucas! In our experience finding a good realtor is a crapshoot; there are so many out there who are just going through the motions. We got lucky when we randomly found Ariana through a real estate listing website… She is very proactive, responsive, and a skilled negotiator. She truly has her clients' happiness in mind with all she does. We will use no other realtor in the DC/Maryland area.
