We contacted Ariana to assist with the short sale of our home. We selected Ariana because she promised to be our central point of contact and she upheld her promise. We didn't have to interact with our bank or other realtors at all. The only time we had to communicate with someone else was towards the end of the selling process and that was with her assistant. When we first met, she provided useful staging advice and listed the property the next day. We have a small child and pets but Ariana skillfully managed our showing requests to minimize disruption to our life and home. She answered all of our questions and when we asked questions outside of her expertise she kindly referred us to other resources that could answer our questions. During this process, Ariana also worked to help us find rental housing. We've experienced and heard about several buyer horror stories about short sales but working with Ariana allowed us to gracefully sell our house. Even the closing process was managed in such a way that we left feeling hopeful. Ariana is a 'one-stop shop' realtor who has strong knowledge of both the buying and selling sides of real estate transactions. We'd highly recommend her whether you're selling, buying, or planning to rent.

We are so glad we found Ariana to help us through our first experience of buying a house! We had almost no idea what we were doing and Ariana helped us patiently through the entire process. She patiently showed us house after house in several different areas until we finally settled on one. She responded almost immediately to texts and emails and was very flexible when we would try to squeeze in yet another house into our day of showings! She had us sign things over email which was very convenient and allowed things to go very quickly. She knows a lot of people and has good contacts as far as loan officers and home inspectors and sure enough, she recommended great ones to us! Everything went incredibly smoothly - she was on top of every part of our deal and was friendly and professional the entire time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house in this area and we really appreciated her helping us through this process and taking the time to explain things thoroughly. We are very happy in our first house and we have Ariana to thank for it!

Ariana was very resourceful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She even braved a hurricane to view a house. Thankfully that was the house we ended up purchasing so it was all worth it. I would highly recommend her. She helped us find our dream house.

Ariana expertly led us through the entire home buying process. She helped us (first-time home buyers) with everything from recommending a great lender, home inspector, taking us dozens of houses that met our specific criteria as well as listening to us and interpreting what we were trying to find in a house. We would use her again instantly, except she already found us the perfect house.

As a new resident of the Maryland area, I was very pleased with the way she was able to make me feel welcomed. Also, she provided information that proved to be invaluable to my transition. She was very impressive from our initial meeting to the signing of the lease. Ariana was timely when replying to my questions and concerns. Also, her professionalism and knowledge were obvious! However, the most important aspect of my encouter with Ariana was her ability to make my family feel comfortable and at ease about finding a new home.

Ms. Loucas was professional and gracious from the start. She explained all our options, walked us through the paperwork, and kept us informed of potential prospects. She even gave us tips for arranging the house such that it would look appealing, spacious, and clean to viewers.

Ariana is one of a kind. When I say she goes above and beyond, that is truly an understatement. Ariana met every expectation I had for a Realtor, and then created some new ones. To start out, I was leasing in Arnold, MD, with only a vague idea of where I wanted to live. All I knew was that I had been renting for almost ten years, and it was time to buy. Ariana outlined the areas she thought best while maximizing the value I could get from my budget. We took into account commute, property values, preferences, etc. While Ariana had some recommendations, she also showed me properties in any areas I wanted to see. I will say, experience is a characteristic that is often underrated by a first-time home buyer like myself. It turned out that all the areas and homes I picked were not at all what I truly wanted, and everything Ariana picked matched my specific preferences I was looking for. The moral of the story is, the less you fight Ariana, the more you are going to get what you want. I know this is easier said then done, but I have absolute confidence Ariana will earn your trust, just as she did mine.In the end I purchased a 4/2 with sun room addition, front porch, rear deck, full wood fence, and a 1 car attached garage. It was everything I wanted. If you haven't guessed yet, this was a property I was reluctant to see, and one Ariana picked. I wanted to put an offer in within 15 minutes of seeing it. After the walk-through, I knew it was the one. It was definitely an HGTV moment.The thing buyers often don't realize, or at least I didn't, is that picking the home is such a small part of the buying process. Ariana provided me advice and guidance through the pre-approval, contract negotiation, inspection, underwriting, the final mortgage process, warranty process, etc. Ariana was my central point of contact if I needed anything from anyone.Ariana was there for me every step of the way from showing to closing... and even after that! I will almost certainly be purchasing and selling investment real estate in the future and will exclusively be using Ariana.Another thing to keep in mind is that I went through 4 realtors before Ariana, two smaller independent realtors, and two from the large organizations (RE***, and ZIPR*****). In the end, I found Ariana through Zillow reviews. I hope this review reaches someone else who is in a similar position I was just about 4 months ago. So, stop reading this and call Ariana now!P.S. By trade, I am a Project Manager with a Master's in Management. At the time of writing this review, I am also a second-year Law Student attending Maryland's top Law School. Ariana's understanding of business and contract law as it relates to Real Estate is top-notch. It is my personal opinion that you will not receive better advice unless you hire a real estate attorney to assist you in the buying process.

We were very pleased to have had an agent like Ariana. She is knowledgeable and possesses the highest level of integrity, openness, and dependability. She is well educated in many aspects of the real estate market, including but certainly not limited to: what to buy, where to buy, what to avoid, what hurdles to expect, always available for anything you may need, and most importantly, what is so helpful is her knowledge of the mortgage industry, what a blessing!! We didn't need to shop around, she knew exactly our needs and where/who to send us to and was able to assist us in what we could afford and what our monthly mortgage would be in showing us so many different scenarios.
